Minimum Order

Continental USA Orders: $50.00 Smaller order, if accepted, are subject to a $25.00 minimum order surcharge.

First Time Customers

First time customers will be put on a Net 7 day account. After a customer relationship has been established, you may be put on a Net 30 day account.

Pricing

Due to changing manufacturing, materials and labor costs, prices are subject to change without notice. All orders received will be invoiced at the price prevailing at the time of shipment.

Shipping

Unless your order specifies the method of shipping desired, it will be shipped i the fastest, most economical way by a surface carrier of our selection.

Returns

In the event an item has been overlooked or damage, notify Lab Equipment Girls (or your distributor) immediately. Instructions will be provided for prompt exchange, credit or adjustments can be made. No returned merchandise will be accepted for credit or adjustment without prior authorization. Products which were ordered in error by the customer and have received a return authorization, will be subject to a minimal restocking charge of 20%. Regularly stocked items are returnable, prepaid, in original, unopened cartons, with prior authorization, withing 3 months of shipping date.
